Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions for the sale/purchase of goods and use of this website will govern any contract that Delphina enters with the buyer. Please read this carefully and note that it does not affect your statutory rights.


Our prices are in Pounds Sterling and are payable in this currency irrespective of the country from where the order originates.

Delphina reserves the right to change our prices at any time but our products will always be charged at the price displayed when the order is placed.

Product Descriptions, Availability and Condition

Please note that unless stated otherwise all products second hand and as such may often display some signs of age and usage. We endeavour to disclose honestly and clearly the full condition of each item. Please contact us if you require any further information about a product.

All our products are one-offs - so please note that it will be rare for us to have more than one piece of each item. However we will be happy to look out for more of the same if you request it by email or phone to us.

Whilst every effort has been made with our photography to reproduce exact colours, slight variations may still occur.

We aim to always use recycled materials to package your order. If you would like your order gift wrapped, please email us with your requirements at the time of placing your order. We take extreme pride in our gift wrapping so there will be a small additional charge for this service.


We accept payment by Paypal, or by cheque. Please note that cheques must be from UK accounts and that we will wait for clearance of the funds before dispatching your order. This usually takes 5 to 10 working days. Please mail us before placing your order if you wish to pay by cheque.


We will ship goods internationally. Please email for overseas postage costs.

Delivery Rates

The cost of delivery will depend on the combined weight of your order and its destination. We can courier larger items.

Despatching of Orders

Orders will be sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment or if paying by cheque, on clearance of the funds.

Delivery Delays

Please notify Delphina and the delivery company of any problems that may have arisen during transport for example if the packaging is damaged or the item is broken. We cannot be held responsible for problems arising during transportation; however we will refund the cost of the goods and postage upon receipt of the said goods in the condition that they were received by you.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a full refund, excluding shipping, to any item you wish to return within 48 hours of purchasing. Any additional postal, shipping or courier costs will be at the buyer's expense and must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Damaged Goods

If an item is damaged, faulty or does not conform to its description on the website then we will refund your purchase in full including postage costs, upon receipt of the said item. The item must be sent in its original packaging and be sent via Recorded Delivery.

Unwanted Items

You may return an unwanted item within 14 days of delivery and receive a refund. However, this will not include delivery and return fees. The returned item must be unused and in re-saleable condition with all stickers and tags intact. Please return the item using adequate insurance and obtain a proof of posting, this should be retained until you have received your refund.

Privacy and Security

We use Paypal for all our online payments because it has one of the lowest fraud rates (compared to credit cards like Visa and Mastercard), it doesn't cost you to send money and it's easy to use, all you need is a bank account and an email address to get a Paypal account. You can also use Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Solo, American express or even direct debit to make a payment. Pay-Pal is owned by Ebay and uses industry-leading fraud prevention techniques to ensure that all your details are kept safe.

We respect your privacy rights. Any records on our customers are securely stored and are strictly private and confidential. ny client e-mail addresses are filed in a secure database and never gets passed onto any third party organisations.
